Work Experience

1994 – Present Trainer & Senior Consultant
Management Training & Consultancy Limited

Mr. Adebiyi works as a Trainer and Senior Consultant for Management Training & Consultancy Limited. He is responsible for delivering quality training and consultancy services as well as setting and implementing strategic organisational objectives.

1992 – 1994 Manager – Planning & Performance
National Westminster Bank Group, IT Planning and Performance

Mr. Adebiyi was appointed as a Manager in IT Planning & Performance with National Westminster Bank Plc where he was responsible for the Group’s IT revenue expenditure of GBP 400 million to approximately 40 NWB Parent Bank Business Units and subsidiary companies

1989 – 1992 American Telephone and Telegraph (AT & T), London
T/O US$ 70 Billion
(Held various positions such as Finance & Planning Manager, Financial Analyst – Group Financial Planning & Analysis department, Taxation Specialist – Financial Accounts.)

After 18 months with BOC, Mr. Adebiyi was approached directly by AT&T and was offered a position of Finance & Planning Manager within the IT Division. He held various roles such as Financial Analyst and Taxation Specialist within the Group.

1987 – 1989 Divisional Management Accountant
British Oxygen Company (BOC Group)
T/O GBP 2 Billion

Mr. Adebiyi was head hunted by BOC as the Divisional Management Accountant responsible for Budgeting, Planning, Systems Development, Financial and Management Accounting for the division, which had a GBP 18 million turnover.

1980 – 1986 Part Time Visiting Lecturer
Guildhall University and City and East London College

Mr. Adebiyi has developed his training experience as a part time visiting lecturer. He was responsible for delivering a range of lectures in Accounting, Banking & Taxation

1979 – 1987 Benn & Company
Chartered Accountant
(He held various positions such as Accountant / Semi – Senior Tax Assistant / Articled Clerk.

Mr. Adebiyi trained with Benn & Company, a firm of Chartered Accountant in London. During his time with Benn & Company he set up the Company Secretarial department which was responsible for medium and small scale businesses.
