I have over 25 years’ experience of providing outcome focused developmental services. These include: staff development; management development; leadership development; organisational development; service development; change management; partnership working; groupwork facilitation and coaching.

I spent 16 years working in the criminal justice sector in the UK and Ireland. My last position was as a senior strategic manager in the Probation Service. During this time, I continued to focus on my own learning and development and established a private practice as a facilitator and coach.

Since 2008, I have worked as an independent consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach. I work across sectors and industries, across the UK and internationally. My unique skills are focused on development and change, on understanding people, teams, organisations, processes and systems.
